At 1220hrs 1-20 Infantry reports LRRP Idaho is located at BS696472. At 2130hrs LRRP Idaho at BS705476 spotted light 100 meters from their perimeter. At 2250hrs 1-20 Infantry to Charlie Company and 4.2 Platoon 1 NVA Battalion at BS875283, 406 Battalion and 1 Company at BS891234 object to transport salt from BS821254 and BS926253 to BS875223 H & I fire all night both Artillery an mortars.

Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.

Alpha Company
April 7, 1969

At 1200hrs Alpha Company at BS769381 will used their position as their Day Logger position. At 1920hrs the 67 and 95 element is using roving patrol with the 67 element at BS769388 and 95 at BS775374.

Bravo Company
April 7, 1969

Bravo Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Thunder. At 0810hrs Bravo 63 moving to spotted 3 VCS evaded at BS863328, results 1 KIA female age 13 and 2 WIA CIA Dust Off. At 1920hrs 93 has moved to BS871342.

Charlie Company
April 7, 1969

Charlie Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Charlie Brown. The Battalion 4.2 mortars are air moved from LZ Liz to Charlie Brown. At 2250hrs Charlie Company reports from Intelligence that 1 NVA Battalion at BS875283, 406 Battalion with 1 Company at BS891234, with the objective to transport salt from BS921254 and BS926253 to BS875223 and they would start H and I fire all night with Artillery and 4.2 mortars.

Delta Company

Delta Company continued their Security mission for LZ Liz and at 1110hrs Delta Company 63 is at BS739416 and at 1400hrs closed on LZ Liz. At 1920hrs Delta Company is located 94 at Bridge 124, with 96 at BS752436 and 95 at BS754420.
