Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 1900hrs LZ Bronco received 5-10 rounds of 82mm mortars suspected tube location at BS808409 with result 4 US WHA (M), scrambled gun ships and also fire counter mortars and artillery. SP4 Gregory J. Kind was evac to 312th Evac Hospital at 1400hrs with gunshot wound to right hand.
Alpha Company

Alpha Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Charlie Brown and security for bridges with local ambushes and last night and today.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company will have the Security Mission for LZ Liz with saturation patrolling in the area around LZ Liz.
Charlie Company
March 4, 1969
Charlie Company continued the Security of LZ Thunder with local ambushes, and today with 1 Platoon conducts a Recon in Force to BS8630. Charlie Company at LZ Thunder Dust Off 1 US that had fever and chills, Dust Off was at 1443hrs to LZ Bronco.
Delta Company

Delta Company became OPCON to the 3-1 Infantry today and will continue to their secure LZ Dragon.
Echo Company
March 4, 1969
Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Dragon, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the LZ Dragon. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for LZ Dragon Base Defense. Recon Platoon continued their Security Mission for 1-20 Infantry at LZ Liz.
