Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 2003hrs at LZ Bronco the 11th Brigade HHC "F" sector received 3-4 82mm mortar also 5 rounds of RPG, 1 RPG hit a bunker and one mortar hit another bunker with 2 WHA (M). Return fire with 81mm, 106mm RR, and Artillery with unknown results.
Alpha Company
March 2, 1969
Alpha Company secured LZ Charlie Brown with local ambushes today with 1 Platoon conducts a Cordon and Search of Village vicinity BS9126 with squad of PRU. At 1645hrs vicinity BS919267 Alpha Company engaged and detained 3 VC suspects WIA CIA and evac to LZ Bronco.
Bravo Company
March 2, 1969
Bravo Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Liz and provided security for Bridge 124 and tonight will remain on LZ Liz.
Charlie Company
March 2, 1969
Charlie Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Thunder. Charlie Company reports their location 93 is at Bridge 111 and at 1830hrs the 23 element is at BS813360 and the 41 is at BS885324. At 0830hrs SRRP locations for 1-20 Infantry reports locations today Bobby at LZ Thunder, Antelope at BS708526 and Johnny at BS872306.
Delta Company
March 2, 1969
Delta Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Dragon today with 1 Platoon conducting saturation patrolling vicinity LZ Dragon Delta Company also continue their search for their MIA and at 1745hrs reports no success on search.
Echo Company
March 2, 1969
Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on Charlie Brown, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. At 0800hrs Recon Platoon continued their Security Mission for LZ Liz. Recon Platoon is still moving at BS724488 head for Night Defense Position.
