Battalion Forward: 1-20 Infantry is located at LZ Liz, and continued their Mission and working with the ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0230hrs LATE ENTRY 19 Engineer at LZ Debbie report receiving 3 incoming rounds of unknown type with negative casualties or damage.
Battalion Rear: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of providing general support for the Battalion. At 0115hrs LZ Bronco Base Defense radar observed 5 VC moving toward Bronco from BS834390, engaged with Artillery and 4.2 Mortar with negative movement at this time and preparing to engage with Quad 50’s. At 1855hrs LZ Bronco received 2 140 rockets with one landed north of LZ Bronco just outside wire, one landed west side of Duc Pho. Rockets fired from BS477369, gun ships scrambled and artillery engage at this time results negative casualties or damage. At 2040hrs LZ Bronco Base Defense radar pick up 4-5 VC at BS838388 engaged with 6 rounds 4.2 mortars HE and WP and at 2035hrs 3-4 personnel at BS 832400 engaged with 4 rounds 4.2 HE Mortar fire.
Alpha Company
June 29, 1969
Alpha Company set up Day Logger at BS776438. At 1945hrs Alpha Company at BS791443 received sniper fire, possible form the south possibly 1 or 2 snipers negative casualties. At 1945hrs Alpha Company moved into their Night defense Position at BS733417, with 95 BS778419 and 36-74 at BS771431.
Bravo Company
June 29, 1969
Bravo Company used Recon in Force to sweep their Area of Operation and at 1820hrs request Dust Off for 1 US with gash on hand checking Ville, hit sharp object in hootch Dust Off completed at 1840hrs. At 2115hrs Bravo Company at BS731464 their Night Defense Position with 77 BS728467, 34 BS728460 and 76 BS734466.
Charlie Company
June 29, 1969
At 1035hrs Charlie Company at BS802464, spotted 6 dinks moving with weapons moving west to southwest. At 1520hrs Charlie Company vicinity BS807478 found sign which said "VC will stay in area as long as GI are here" reverse side read "urged Villagers to Kill all GI" sign was destroyed. At 1750hrs Charlie Company is at BS798472 and moving to their Night Defense Position and closed on at 1955hrs BS818472, with 90 BS810473 and 36 at BS812469.
Delta Company

Delta Company will continue their Security Mission for LZ Liz with 35 on North OP and 34 on the south OP.
Echo Company
June 29, 1969
Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. Recon has at OP at BS835378 during the day and ambush at night and at 2115hrs report they also have a ambush location BS842379.
