Forward Area: (1-20 Infantry Headquarters) is located at LZ Liz and will continue to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0850hrs Brigade: effective immediately all Combat Assaults and Eagle Flight requests, Units will submit the intelligence with which the request is made. At 0935hrs Brigade, Area of Operation extension for 1-20 Infantry Upper Left BS6455, Lower Left BS6453, Lower Right BS6953, and Upper right BS7055, disapproved LT. Vinh 4 Regiment. At 1430hrs 1-20 S-4: Dolphin 458 on station for resupply. At 1440hrs 1-20 TOC reports 201600hrs to 282000hrs November 1970 with ARVN working in following locations BS796365, BS796358, BS802364 and BS802358. At 1542hrs Q Company vicinity BS698596, 1 man from Q Company found a hole 2 ½’ by 2 ½’ square and 1 ½‘ deep has rock base and was camouflaged with sticks, believed to be 60mm mortar site. Q Company has adjusted Defense Target so that they can cover this location. At 1605hrs MACV MO Duc, vicinity BS765462 the Muc My PSDF detained 2 VC females ages 12 and 13, they had the following in their possession: 100 bags of noodles, 5 packages of tea, 4 boxes of soap powder and 9 cans of condensed milk. Also had 5 mirrors, 2 bottles of insect powder, 10 penicillin pills, 1 bar of soap. Their Mission they were to meet 1 VC female at 1600hrs vicinity BS757461 and turn these items over to her. At 2041hrs MACV Duc Pho 290430hrs to 291800hrs November 1970 PF will conduct operations at grid square, BS7443. At Q Company, radar sighting 1 personnel in vicinity BS744383 Fire Mission, cleared and engaged at 2333hrs. Legend: 1st Platoon 12-18, 2nd Platoon 62-68, 3rd Platoon 82-88, 4th Platoon 32-38 and CO 44.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.

Bravo Company

The 3rd Platoon detained 3 females ages 25, 27, 28 all with negative ID evading at the time of pick-up. At 1930hrs Bravo Company 1st Platoon vicinity BS744544 saw three personnel, 2 with weapons and they evaded in 3 different directions, they caught the person with no weapon male 35, negative ID wearing purple and green. They were about 400 meters away when spotted. At 1255hrs 3rd Platoon detained 2 males, age 15, vicinity BS752578 neither one had an ID, both attempted to evade north.
Charlie Company

At 0905hrs Charlie Company 2nd Platoon has moved out for BS739614, checkpoint 1 BS739614 and checkpoint 2 BS744613. At 1005hrs Charlie Company 3rd Platoon vicinity BS743628 has detained 75 Vietnamese, interrogation team now questioning them. At 1610hrs after questioning them, they released all but 3 females. Ngayen Than Ghong 18, Ngayen Than Liew 27, Tran Tri Cue 28, all have ID and are not on black list, but will be sent to MACV at Mo Duc. At 1045hrs Charlie Company vicinity BS738633, requests Urgent Dust Off for 1 PF with minor frag wounds to the legs from booby trap, small can booby trap found on trail. At 1120hrs Charlie Company 2nd Platoon and MACV MO Duc on patrol with 2 detainees and are going on a hole hunting mission. The 2nd Platoon was lead to a rice cache (reference Bravo Company 1250hrs) with negative further findings. At 1227hrs Charlie Company 2nd Platoon vicinity BS735612 working with 143 RF Company located approximately 2,000 pound of unpolished rice from this year harvest. Cache was found buried in a hole with plastic lining and plastic tops, also had tin cover with dirt covering with camouflage. RF say rice is bad request 20-25 100 pound bags be sent on resupply. At 1415hrs Charlie Company MACV Mo Duc advises he has located tunnel vicinity BS748563, contained several M-26 hand frag, they are continuing to search at this time. At 1700hrs Charlie Company 2nd Platoon and the Engineer are moving out to blow bunkers vicinity BS735667. At 1812hrs Charlie Company 2nd Platoon with engineer return after blowing approximately ½ of bunkers. At 1909hrs Charlie Company Command Post, 2nd, 3rd and 7th Platoon in their location at BS738618, 1st Platoon at BS742628 with a ambush at BS739631.
Delta Company

Delta Company continued to patrol in their Area of Operation and at 1000hrs Delta Company 3rd Platoon patrol at checkpoint 1vicinity BS653569. At 1145hrs Delta Company 3rd and 4th Platoon vicinity BS657563 located 1,000 pounds of Rice unpolished, this years harvest in good condition. Rice was cached in metal containers, ranging in size from 10-50 gallons the containers were covered with plastic and hidden under straw. They bagged this rice and had it ready for extraction. At 1907hrs Delta Company Command Post 3rd and 4th Platoon located at BS656557, 1st and 2nd Platoon BS678566.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the coordination responsibility for Base Defense. Recon Platoon vicinity BS735432, detained 1 Vietnamese male age 55, he was wearing light blue shirt and pants. He had scars on his chest and side resembling old frag wounds and had pack strap marks on his shoulder. He did have a ID card but it was illegible. Recon will hold until they return to LZ tomorrow. At 1500hrs Recon is leaving LZ Liz for BS719434. At 1652hrs Recon Platoon at objective 1 vicinity BS710434. At 1909hrs Recon 1st Platoon in location at BS726441 with ambush at BS733446.
