Battalion Forward: 1-20 Infantry is located at LZ Liz, and continued their Mission and working with the ARVN units in their Area of Operations. S-2, S-3 reported much movement in the area west of LZ Liz and LZ Bronco around their units
Battalion Rear: Battalion rear continued their Mission of providing general support for the Battalion. At 1630hrs 1-20 Infantry resupply chopper was fired at, unknown if hit, ship is going back to LZ Bronco. At 2135hrs Delta Company 19 Engineer at LZ Debbie reported 1 dink in wire engaged with small arms fire with unknown results, will check area in morning.
Alpha Company

At 1400hrs Alpha Company is working out of their Day Logger at BS789443 with multiple patrolling in their Area of Operation. At 2100hrs Alpha Company moved into their BS793443, with 74 BS791446 and 93 BS787451.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company at 1000hrs moved into their Day Logger at BS733444 and used saturation patrolling in their Area of Operation. At 2100hrs Bravo Company report their locations at Night Defense Position at BS721438, 35 BS719442, 94 BS715435 and 96 BS724447.
Charlie Company

At 0915hrs Charlie Company at BS795470 received small arms fire from AK negative casualties have requested Air Strikes thru Helix. At 1600hrs Charlie Company at BS791420 their Day Logger. At 1630hrs Charlie Company resupply chopper was fired at, unknown is hit, Charlie Company sending out element to check area. At 2100hrs Charlie Company Night Defense Position locations is at BS798472, 72 BS801472 and 32 BS796476.
Delta Company

Delta Company will continue their Security Mission for LZ Liz.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. At 0945hrs Recon Company reports locations at BS834374. At 1600hrs Recon Platoon reports is moving to BS832369. At 2010hrs Recon Platoon called Dust Off for man with severe stomach at 1915hrs and Major Boozer concerned by time element Dust Off completed at 2000hrs.
