Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and continued working with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0730hrs Warlord Pickup 1 Man had nice haircut, he is at LZ LIZ he tried to evade being interrogated by 1-20 Infantry S-2.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.
Alpha Company

Alpha Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Liz. Alpha Company will conducts a platoon Block vicinity BS761448 with PRU then will move north to BS778454 and continue to sweep west into Block. At 1130hrs Alpha Company at BS762408 detained 1 VCS.
Bravo Company
May 27, 1969
Bravo Company conducts a company size Recon in Force with 5 APC to Vicinity BS772532 and continued their joint operations with 1st Battalion 4th ARVN Regiment. At 0840hrs at BS793528 Bravo Company detain 2 VCS who was living in a hootch with drawing of troops and helicopter formations on the walls. Troop formation had each man job label, RTO and Platoon Leader. At 0920hrs Bravo Company detained 2 VCS males in village are well built and not to old. At 1015hrs Bravo Company request Urgent Dust Off for 1 PRU frag in neck and arm of booby trap he was blowing at BS779530 Dust Off was completed at 1035hrs.

Delta Company conducts Saturation Patrolling to vicinity BS7943, BS8143, BS7941, and BS8141. Delta Company with 1 Platoon continued the joint operation with the PRU. At 0020hrs Delta Company reports their locations the 93 and Command Post is at BS804413 with the 33 & 53 elements is located at BS804412. At 0758hrs at BS804414 detain 2 VCS. At 1335hrs Delta Company received 2 unknown Mortar rounds with negative damage. At 1950hrs Delta Company reports their Night locations Delta Night Defense Position is BS813426, 93 BS814423 and 53 at BS808429.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. At 0935hrs Recon Platoon at BS923272 engaged 1 VC results was 1VC KIA as he was evading, no weapon or ID. At 1010hrs Recon reports location with APC at BS772534 and at 1220hrs Recon Platoon reports their locations at BS776566 and BS729328. At 1845hrs Recon Platoon reports their location at BS805498.
