Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0300hrs Charlie Company 39 Engineer at LZ Snoopy received 5 rounds 82mm mortar with negative casualties or damage. At 0830hrs Defoliation Mission will be run on 22 and 23 April 1969 approved by CPT Clary. At 1105hrs Charlie, Bravo Company and 4.2 Platoon are airlift to LZ Bronco 1st PZ at 1010hrs and last LZ at 1042hrs.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 0900hrs Delta Company 19th Engineers on Mine Sweep Mission had a 5 ton truck hit a 40 to 50 pound mine in middle of road with 1 US WIA evac to Duc Pho, truck combat loss also a 1.5 generator combat loss. At 1600hrs Alpha Company 19th Engineer at BS786420, vehicle received 300 to 400 rounds both sides of road, 25-50 meters from road, 10-15 VC results 1 EM WIA.

Alpha Company is at LZ Bronco for Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 1100hrs Alpha Company is joined by Bravo and Charlie Companies and LZ Bronco Security Mission.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Debbie and at 0805hrs Bravo request a Routine Dust Off for 1 US with broken hand received when water can fell on his hand on April 20, 1969, Dust Off completed at 0815hrs. At 1105hrs Bravo Company conducts a Combat Assault PZ at 0815hrs and LZ at 1035hrs.

Delta Company

Delta Company continued their Security mission for LZ Liz. At 1825hrs Delta Company night locations 34 at BS747442, 31 at BS743452, 32 at BS748445, 33 at BS746444, 24 at BS754420, 26 at BS752452 and 23 is located at Bridge 402U.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters is located at LZ Liz. The 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Charlie Brown, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the LZ Charlie Brown. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. At 1100hrs 4.2 Platoon is air moved from LZ Charlie Brown to LZ Liz. At 1045hrs Recon Platoon reports their location at BS739450. At 1105hrs Recon Platoon at BS732455 detained 2 VCS female will evac to LZ Liz. At 1400hrs Recon Platoon reports their location at LZ Liz.
