Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0615hrs LRRP Idaho inserted LZ BS372277 and BS706288 LZ cold. At 0720hrs LRRP Idaho requested Med Evac and Gun ships being proved gun ships Med Evac was call also slicks call to what remainder of team Dust Off completed at 0740hrs. At 1215hrs Helix/ Charlie Company 1-20 Infantry at BS905205, 6 KBA at BS900207, 7 structures destroyed 5 KBA and 4 structured damaged and 1 Dud at BS900208 from Air Strike. Also 12 structures destroyed 10 structures damaged 1 secondary explosion 4 secondary fires.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 1600hrs LZ Bronco at BS812383 dud 81 mortar and 81 Illumination round land near M.P. area hit little damage and negative casualties.
Alpha Company

At 0800hrs Alpha Company remained in Night Defense Position for their Day logger then Alpha Company on the move and by 1205hrs is at BS798418. At 1400hrs Alpha Company has closed on LZ Bronco. At 1830hrs Alpha Company is located at LZ Bronco.
Bravo Company
April 20, 1969
Bravo Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Debbie with Bravo 31 at BS873345. At 1830hrs Bravo Company has Bravo 21 element ambush at BS883331.
Charlie Company
April 20, 1969
Charlie Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Charlie Brown and with 51 located at BS917248. At 1640hrs Charlie Company at BS915238 captured 2 VCS and 1 VC KIA by Sharks and LOH dropped off 2 VCS, draft dodgers.
Delta Company
April 20, 1969
Delta Company continued their Security mission for LZ Liz. At 1000hrs Delta Company requested a Dust Off for Vietnamese child frag wounds in right side of head and was completed at 1000hrs. The child received wound when Delta Company blew a bunker. At 1830hrs Delta Company night locations BS752436, BS754420, 11 at Bridge 402, 51 ambush at BS775491, 52 at BS778444, 53 at BS773444 and 55 at BS765441.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters is located at LZ Liz. The 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Charlie Brown, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the LZ Charlie Brown. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. At 0905hrs Recon Platoon reports their location at BS737428. At 1055hrs Recon Platoon at BS745424 detained 1 VCS has pack marks on back, ID card looks like it has been redone and he has frag wounds, wearing green shorts and purple shirt age 30, will evac the VCS to LZ Liz. At 1205hrs Recon Platoon is located at LZ Liz and the 31 element is at BS742423. At 1400hrs the Recon 51 is located at BS737428. At 1650hrs Recon is located at LZ Liz.
