Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0409hrs TMF at 0348hrs Sting 290 target B, has a unknown number of stationary personnel with negative metal confirmed and engaged at 0357hrs with 16 rounds HE Artillery 155. At 1345hrs Minuteman 341 is on station for re supply. Legend: 1st Platoon 33, 2nd Platoon 46, 3rd Platoon 22, 4th Platoon 09, CO-42.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.

Bravo Company
March 19, 1971
At 0905hrs Bravo Company Command Post with 4th and 1st Platoons Patrol Base changed to BS693475. At 0905hrs Bravo Company 2nd Platoon patrol is moving to BS677496. At 0916hrs Bravo Company 1st Platoon patrol is moving to BS687485. At 0959hrs Bravo Company 3rd Platoon patrol is moving to BS669498. At 1050hrs Bravo Company Command Post a clearing patrol from Bravo Command Post spotted a trip wire was connected the 1/2 can of Petna. When the element blew the booby-trap 2 US WIA from a second booby-trap which was undetected. It was approximately a 5 pound charge of Petna, no Dust Off was required for Line #S8049, #S3923. At 1830hrs Bravo Company while doing a Recon the area for night location vicinity BS674502, 2nd Platoon engaged 1 VC with a weapon at a distance of 50 to 60 meters they searched the area with negative results. Bravo Company reports their night locations Command Post, 1st and 4th Platoon Night Defense Position at BS692483, 2nd Platoon Night Defense Position BS675498, and 3rd Platoon Night Defense Position at BS667474.

Charlie Company continued to have the Security Mission for LZ Liz along with road security.
Delta Company

Delta Company continued using Patrol Base for platoon to use multiple patrolling their Area of Operation. At 1055hrs Delta Company 2nd Platoon patrol is closing on BS651491. At 1200hrs Delta Company Command Post and 1st Platoon is closing vicinity BS646476. At 1320hrs 2nd Platoon patrol is closing on BS675498. At 1801hrs Delta Company Night Defense Position for 2nd Platoon is at vicinity BS651495. At 1804hrs Delta Company 1st Platoon patrol is closing on BS646476. At 1926hrs 3rd platoon at BS633489, 1st platoon and Command Post vicinity BS646476, and 2nd Platoon and 4th platoon is a BS648494.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. Recon Platoon continued their Security Mission for 1-20 Infantry.
