Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 1800hrs Brigade highway 1 will be open until 181800hrs November 1970 and closed until approximately 190930hrs November 1970 for repair of Dry Span. At 2030hrs 76 C at Nui Vong, shooting Illumination and HE rounds on Defense Targets at BS695600, in reaction to sensor activation had negative findings. Legend: 1st Platoon 12-18, 2nd Platoon 62-68, 3rd Platoon 82-88, 4th Platoon 32-38 and CO 44.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.
Alpha Company

At 1130hrs Alpha and Bravo Companies requested Routine Dust Off for 2 US, one with VD, the other with a badly swollen hand. Guzzardo, Davis (believe possible PFC Robert C. Davis) Bravo Company has pack with appendicitis symptoms Eskew (I believe SGT Richard E. Eskew) evac is completed at 1630hrs. At 1347hrs Dolphin #231 Resupply of Alpha and Bravo Companies at this time. At 1905hrs Alpha Company 1st and 4th Platoons in location BS762603, 2nd Platoon at BSBS76599 and 3rd Platoon is in location BS757614.
Bravo Company

At 1130hrs Alpha & Bravo Companies Routine Dust Off for 2 US, 1 with a sickness, the other with badly swollen hand, Guzzardo, Davis, Bravo Company possible appendicitis, Eskew completed at 1630hrs. At 2050hrs Bravo Company spotted movement in a wood line 25-30 meters to their west, shooting ill at this time. Checked out the area and had negative finding.
Charlie Company

Charlie Company will continue their Security Mission for LZ Liz.
Delta Company
November 18, 1970
Delta Company continued to Patrols their Area of Operation. At 0740hrs Delta Company Command Post 1st, 2nd 3rd 4th Platoons at BS679571. At 1842hrs Delta Company Command Post 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Platoon in Location at BS670570, 1st Platoon ambush BS671572 and 2nd Platoon ambush BS677568.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the coordination responsibility for Base Defense. At 1347hrs Recon Platoon is moving out on Patrol vicinity BS744421. At 1630hrs Recon Platoon reports they have closed on LZ Liz and their Security Mission for the 1-20 Infantry.
