Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0100hrs Bravo 1-82 Artillery received RPG, 1 Direct hit in bunker, 2 US WIA (E) also received approximately 3 82mm Mortars and intense small arms fire, scramble flare and gunships. At 1025hrs Regional Forces and PF forces are pinned down with small arms fire with unknown size enemy force vicinity BS798816 are sending Gun Ships will be on the 1-20 Infantry net.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco.
Alpha Company

Alpha Company will conduct 1 Platoon Recon in Force vicinity BS737455, BS742440, BS737425, And BS755413. Alpha Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Liz. At 0020hrs Alpha Company at BS760435 spotted moving on road to LZ Liz, put 81 Mortar on area light went out.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company with 1 Platoon of APC and 1 Bulldozer secured village vicinity BS755380 and destroyed enemy fortifications. Bravo Company conducted with 1 Platoon and APC a Recon in Force vicinity BS757379, BS758387 and BS757400.
Charlie Company

Charlie Company conducts Saturation patrolling in their Area of Operation at BS8042 along with their joint operation with 1 Platoon of PF to secure Pacification Program in their Area of Operation. At 1815hrs Charlie Company reports their locations BS788425, 96 at BS790424 and 45 at BS793420.
Delta Company

Delta Company conducts a Combat Assault completed one at 0955hrs and one at 1748hrs and then Delta Company conducts a Recon in force at BS774377, BS775372, and BS782375. At 1000hrs Delta Company PZ 0838hrs LZ was at 0940hrs with little people PZ was 0947hrs and LZ 0955hrs was also cold. At 1815hrs Delta Company reports their location at BS781384. At 1940hrs Delta Company reports their location 45 at BS782385, 95 at BS780385 and 55 is at BS777382.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. Recon Platoon conducted their Security Mission for LZ Liz. At 1830hrs Recon Platoon reports their location at BS754413.
