Headquarters and Headquarter Company

Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Siberia and will continued to work with ARVN units in their Area of Operations. At 0825hrs 1-20 Infantry Slow Motion 2 (198 Infantry Brigade Aviation) is on station. At 1140hrs Slow Motion 2 is breaking station.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for Chu Lai.
Alpha Company
September 14, 1971
At 0915hrs Alpha Company Command Post and 2nd Platoon at AT879268 and by 1530hrs the 2nd Platoon is at AT877270. At 1730hrs Command Post and 1st Platoon is moving to Night Defense Position at AT877267 and 2nd Platoon moving to their Night Defense Position at AT889257 and closed by 1850hrs with 1 Mechanical Ambush out tonight.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company used Saturation Patrolling in their Area of Operation and a sweep of the contact area from yesterday. At 1915hrs Bravo Company Command Post with 2nd Platoon is in their Night Defense Position at AT934280. 1st Platoon is in their Night Defense Position at AT926284 and Bravo Company will have 4 Mechanical Ambushes out.
Charlie Company

Charlie Company will continue their Security Mission for LZ West.
Delta Company
September 14, 1971
Delta Company will continue their Stand Down at Chu Lai. At 1915hrs Delta Company 1st Platoon is in their Night Defense Position at AT926284.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Siberia, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the coordination responsibility for Base Defense. Recon Platoon continued their Security Mission for 1-20 Infantry.
