Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located at LZ Cork and will continued to work with ARVN units their Area of Operations in OPERATION VERNON LAKE II.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. SP5 Jimmy L. Harvey was evac to 312th Evac Hospital at 1450hrs sick. At 0745rhs Charlie Company 39 Engineer received 15 rounds of small arms fire at BS716608, returned fire and continued Mine Sweep. At 0945hrs Reference journals entry at 131130hrs December 1 US Carbine CIA serial number is 678252 and 2 Chi Com hand grenades.
Alpha Company

Alpha Company is at BS560653 as they set up blocking force for the escort the Artillery to Special Forces Camp at Minh Long.
Bravo Company

Light activities throughout the Area of Operations as Bravo Company will continue to run some Search and Clear operations in their Area of Operation at BS448601.
Charlie Company

Charlie Company will continue to act as a blocking force for the 2nd ARVN Division at BS485623.
Delta Company

Delta Company will continue their Security Mission for LZ Cork.
Echo Company

Echo Company is located at LZ Cork where Battalion Forward is and coordinates with the Battalion Rear Elements and Base Defense elements on LZ Cork. The 4.2 Platoon is located on LZ Cork where they continue to provide direct fire support for the (1-20 Infantry Battalion) with Recon Platoon to continue their Security Mission for the TOC.
