Forward Area: 1-20 Infantry Headquarters is located on LZ Liz and will continued to work with ARVN units in Duc Pho Area of Operations. Alpha Company on Bridge 402U spotted movement 300 meters to east called 4.2 Mortar Mission, will check out in morning.
Rear Area: Battalion Rear continued their Mission of general support for the battalion and continued their Security Mission for LZ Bronco. At 0920hrs Alpha Company 19 Engineer at BS795405, the Mine Sweep team found 25 pounds pressure type mine and destroyed. At 0935hrs Alpha Company at BS758489 found 2 20 pound mines and destroyed. At 1050hrs LZ Bronco Base Defense at BS83405 spotted 15 people in two groups requested permission to fire- denied and sharks scrambled to check it out.
Alpha Company

Alpha Company continued their Security Mission for LZ Liz and conducts a Recon in Force to vicinity at BS733445 and BS770455. At 2330hrs Alpha Company on Bridge 402U spotted movement 300 meters to east called 4.2 mission, will check out in morning.
Bravo Company

Bravo Company conducts 1 Platoon in Recon in Force with tracks to vicinity BS752409 and BS770455, BS761393, BS764392, BS729392, and BS722404.
Charlie Company
May 11, 1969
Charlie Company conducts 1 platoon Recon in Force with tracks to vicinity BS768368, BS775387, BS787387, BS799373, and BS787380. At 0840hrs Charlie Company at BS774371 requested Dust Off for 1 US caught foot between tree and tracks believe broken foot completed at 0837hrs. At 1400hrs Charlie Company at BS767372 found 1 machine gun position crescent shape and freshly dug also 4 foxholes with camouflage.
Delta Company

Delta Company conducts 1 Platoon blocking Position for PF Platoon and 1 Platoon provide security for the 26th Engineer also 1 platoon conducts a Combat Assault with 1 Platoon of PF to BS838401 which they had completed at 1250hrs. At 2053hrs Delta Company at BS787426 received sniper fire from the southeast, Fire Fly Gun ship sent to location negative casualties or results.
Echo Company

Echo Company headquarters and 4.2 Mortar Platoon is location on LZ Liz, where the 4.2 Platoon providing direct fire support for the Battalion. Echo Company Headquarters has the responsibility for Base Defense. Recon has closed on LZ Liz. At 1610hrs Recon Platoon reports their SRRP is at BS704421.
